Pinup Girl Tattoos

Pinup girl tattoos are hot and that is not just referring to the physical beauty of the girl in the tattoo. No I mean they are a hot tattoo theme to get done these days as they are definetly comming back in style in a big way!

Pinup girl tattoos have a pretty long history in the field of tattoos. Pin up girls as a word or phrases has come to mean a girl that is so beautiful that you would want to pin up or post her image on the wall. So naturally pinup girl tattoos are all tattoos of super hot girls. Now historically what was thought of as "Hot" and what might be "hot" today has changed. What I mean to say is a traditional pinup girl tattoo is not going to be wearing a thong and low rise jeans with a bucket cap on or anything that modern. In fact pin up girls have had such a long history in our society that many of the more traditional designs were a lot less risky in today's terms then they once were.

Very basically then a pinup girl tattoo is any tattoo that falls ino the category of having a really beautiful women incorporated into the tattoo design. Traditonally the whole body of the women was displayed in the tattoo and they were typically lying down, bent over or even in a wine glass. Whatever the pose might be it typically was in a sexy come hither type of pose with the women's face looking directly at the viewer.

Very often pinup girl tattoo will go along with other symbols also. Probably the most classic is the old sailor pinup girl tattoo with an anchor. Other common add ons are good luck tattoo like dice, cards, horseshoe and etc.

Dragon Fly Tattoos

Dragonfly tattoos

The image of the dragonfly sparks the reative power of the imagination. Living in an aura of fantasy, the dragonfly’s fluttering wings inspire thoughts of fairies and butterflies; bubbles and snowflakes. They flit from flower to flower, from tree to tree; settling on dew-kissed leaves and grass. Within sight yet always out of reach, the dragonfly has buzzed itself into the tattoo culture. Dragonfly tattoo designs are landing everywhere – on arms, chests, hips and tailbones.

Dolphin Tattoos

Dolphins are a very popular tattoo design. Dolphins made as dolphin tribal tattoos or dolphin Celtic tattoos are also very popular.

Dolphin tattoos can be tattooed as armbands / arm bands, lowerback / lower back pieces, on ankles, shoulders, the upperback area, chest. . . just about anywhere as body art.

People now commonly search online using the internet for dolphin tattoo flash (tattoo art / tattoo pictures) and this is a great source to find dolphin tattoos. First instinct is to find free dolphin tattoo designs, but the quality of these designs is generally pretty poor (you get what you pay for, of course).

Some breeds represent different characteristics that the person may want to have. Some breeds may represent a reputation that one would like. For example, an APBT advocate may get a tattoo of the breed as a sign of loyalty, strength, and courage, but one who prefers their reputation, may get a tattoo of the same breed with a more viscious demeanor in order to represent power and the fear that is evoked from the breed.

Mechanic Arm Tattoo

Zombie Mechanic Arm Tattoo

This arm tattoo is one of the more interesting and unique designs I've come accross. It's like a cartoon zombie coming out of flames with a piston and wrench below. Makes me think of some of the artwork you see on monster trucks like Grave Digger

Cool dragon tattoos for men

Do you love the dragon tattoos? There are western and eastern dragon tattoos, no matter what they mean, but these kind of tattoos are really awesome! Men do love Dragon tattoos.

For men, most of dragon tattoo designs do not include color—mostly because men tend to believe that adding color makes the tattoo less masculine and more feminine. There are different dragon tattoo designs in color that can be for both men and women.
dragon tattoo designs for men

One of the nice things about dragon tattoos with no color at all is that it is unisex; both men and women can use the design. However, just adding a little bit of color to it, maybe just to outline it would make a huge difference in the appearance and the beauty of the tattoo.
One of these designs is a blue dragon in an upright flying position, with a green underside and orange flames all around it. When thinking about whether or not the tattoo is best for males or females, it is really all about the color scheme. With the blue dragon, this is mostly for men because it is fierce and powerful. If the tattoo were different shades of pink than quite obviously no man would be caught dead with that design. It is for a woman to have.
